With an old tile roof, this aged care facility received an upgrade with new roofing insulation and a Bluescope Steel roof. We removed the concrete tiles and replaced them with Colorbond roof sheets in manor red (colour). Now insulated, sleek and strong, this new metal roof will keep the residents and staff protected from the elements all year round.
