Roof Maintenance

It is recommended that your roof and gutters should be maintained at least every 4 months. In the case of a storm or large rain event an inspection may need to be carried out sooner to spot any leaks or damage done during the event.

Removing sticks, dirt and debris from your roof can be achieved by using a broom or by hosing it down. Removing debris from your guttering can be removed by hand and can prevent blockages and water entering your home.

Black patches on your roof may indicate algae; this can be removed by pressure washing your roof.
